you really need give specific situations.
There are many situation where raising 70% of your hands is profitable, and other spot (only in tournaments though) where folding AA/KK is the right play.
You need to give more detail and dont give general bullshit like KJ is a hand people overplay when you have no idea what the players are like, you dont give any positional recommendations or anything!

This is called position betting, you have to consider how many bets there are in front of you. Ace-10 suited is a very beatable hand. Think before you type guys. The thing with K-J is that most people play them from any position and over value them. This is basic instruction, which taken into account is pretty solid.
